Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has secured a significant construction order worth ₹396.50 crore (excluding GST) from Godrej Properties Ltd for its upcoming residential development, Godrej Riverine, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

As per the company’s regulatory filing, the project involves Core and Shell Works of both substructure and superstructure for all residential towers (T1, T2, T3 & T4), along with allied infrastructure including NTA, club & retail spaces, boundary wall, rainwater harvesting system (RWH), waterproofing, and lightning protection system (LPS).

The project is classified as a domestic housing contract and is expected to be completed within a 25-month timeline. Located in Sector-44, Noida, Godrej Riverine is part of Godrej Properties’ expanding portfolio of premium residential offerings in the National Capital Region.

This latest contract win further strengthens Ahluwalia Contracts’ execution footprint in the residential real estate segment and highlights continued trust from leading developers like Godrej Properties.
