Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced its entry into Panipat, Haryana, with the acquisition of a 43-acre land parcel for a premium plotted residential township. The project is expected to generate revenue in excess of ₹1,250 crore.

The site, located in Sector 40, Panipat, is strategically positioned with access from the National Highway and proximity to key social infrastructure. Spread across approximately 1.02 million square feet, the development will offer a range of plot sizes complemented by lifestyle amenities, marking Godrej Properties’ fourth plotted development in North India.

The move strengthens GPL’s presence in the northern real estate market, adding to its existing projects in Gurugram, Sonipat, and Kurukshetra. This expansion is in line with the company’s broader strategy of tapping into emerging urban clusters across India.
