E2E Networks Ltd Q2 FY27 Concall
E2E Networks Ltd delivered an exceptional Q2 FY27 performance, driven by rapid growth in AI cloud computing demand, contributions from NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs and improved utilisation and realisation across its GPU infrastructure. Revenue increased more than fivefold year-on-year, while the company reported a substantial profit compared with a loss in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, revenue from operations reached ₹223.8 crore, up approximately 411% from ₹43.8 crore in Q2 FY26. Revenue also increased 42.7% sequentially from ₹156.8 crore in Q1 FY27, indicating that the company’s expansion continued through the first half of the financial year.
Net profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹72.7 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with a net loss of approximately ₹13.5 crore in Q2 FY26. Compared with the previous quarter’s PAT of ₹43.9 crore, profit increased approximately 65.7%. The improvement reflects the effect of rapid revenue expansion and the company’s high operating margins.
EBITDA reached ₹171.5 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 76.6%. The margin expanded by approximately 141 basis points from 75.0% in Q1 FY27. This performance highlights the operating leverage of the company’s AI infrastructure business as deployed computing capacity generates higher revenue.
Profit before tax increased to ₹97.1 crore, compared with ₹58.6 crore in Q1 FY27, representing sequential growth of approximately 66%. Diluted earnings per share rose to ₹3.48 from ₹2.10 in the previous quarter.
Management attributed the quarter’s performance to contributions from Blackwell GPUs, better utilisation and higher average realisation across the GPU fleet. These factors supported both revenue expansion and the improvement in profitability.
E2E Networks operates in cloud computing and provides infrastructure and platforms for customers developing and running artificial intelligence workloads. Its GPU cloud capabilities support computing-intensive tasks such as model training, inference and other enterprise AI applications.
A significant development discussed by management was a nearly ₹1,000 crore multi-year contract with a sovereign AI customer, extending through June 2029. The agreement converts previously deployed GPU capacity from a pay-as-you-go arrangement into a longer-term commitment. Management said this improves long-term revenue visibility, although the actual contribution in each quarter will depend on contract execution and the timing of capacity deployment.
The company is also preparing to expand its NVIDIA Blackwell GPU infrastructure. During the earnings call, management indicated that the next announced batch of B200 GPUs was expected to go live during Q3 FY27. Successful deployment and customer utilisation will be important for translating infrastructure investment into additional revenue.
Management emphasised that capital expenditure decisions would remain aggressive where justified but prudent in execution. The company does not provide speculative revenue, monthly recurring revenue or capital expenditure guidance, preferring to announce deployment plans when they are sufficiently firm.
E2E Networks reported September 2026 monthly recurring revenue of approximately ₹75.1 crore. This metric is useful for understanding the company’s revenue run rate, but it should not be treated as guaranteed future revenue because customer usage, contracts and infrastructure deployment can change over time.
The company reported a gross margin of approximately 88%, reflecting the economics of its cloud infrastructure operations. Management has discussed a long-term objective of maintaining EBITDA margins above 70%, rather than promising that the unusually high quarterly gross margin will remain unchanged. Future margins will depend on the mix of services, infrastructure costs, pricing, utilisation and investment in technology.
For the first half of FY27, revenue reached ₹380.5 crore, up approximately 376% year-on-year. EBITDA stood at ₹289.4 crore, with a margin of approximately 76%. Management noted that first-half EBITDA was already around 2.3 times the full-year FY26 EBITDA figure.
First-half PAT reached ₹116.6 crore, compared with a loss of approximately ₹16.3 crore in the comparable period cited in the earnings-call discussion. This turnaround demonstrates the scale of the financial improvement as the company’s AI cloud infrastructure business expands.
E2E Networks is also investing in its software platform and product capabilities. Management sees technology adoption, customer experience and the development of a broader AI platform as key to long-term growth, rather than focusing solely on extracting higher hourly rental from individual GPUs.
The company’s strategy is to support customers across multiple stages of AI deployment, including training and inference. Management said it views its services as an integrated platform rather than reporting separate revenue figures for each workload category, because the composition of usage can change considerably from quarter to quarter.
IndiaAI Mission-related customers contributed approximately 13%–15% of quarterly revenue, according to management’s earnings-call response. The company continues to engage with IndiaAI and aims to build customer relationships that could continue beyond individual programme requirements. This creates opportunity, but also makes customer diversification an important area to monitor.
International customers accounted for approximately 20%–25% of quarterly revenue, according to management. These proportions are point-in-time figures and may change substantially as the company adds customers, deploys new infrastructure and converts usage-based business into longer-term contracts.
The company has strengthened its leadership and advisory resources, including the addition of a Chief Revenue Officer, a founder’s-office team and strategic advisory support. Management believes these capabilities can support customer acquisition, platform development and the next phase of expansion.
Despite the strong results, several risks remain. GPU infrastructure requires substantial capital investment, and new capacity must be deployed successfully and generate adequate revenue to justify its cost. Depreciation, financing expenses, technology obsolescence and changing GPU pricing can affect profitability and returns on capital.
Customer concentration and the timing of large contracts are also important considerations. The nearly ₹1,000 crore multi-year agreement provides improved visibility, but investors should distinguish contracted commitments from immediate cash receipts and recognise that quarterly revenue can still fluctuate.
Looking ahead, the key indicators to monitor include the commissioning of additional B200 GPUs, monthly recurring revenue trends, utilisation and realisation across the GPU fleet, the expansion of platform services, and the company’s ability to maintain strong margins while funding infrastructure growth.
Overall, E2E Networks delivered very strong Q2 FY27 revenue growth and a substantial profit turnaround. Its AI cloud opportunity and multi-year customer commitment offer potential for continued expansion, but the sustainability of margins, capital intensity and execution of new capacity deployments will be central to evaluating future performance.
