Apollo Healthco Limited (AHL), a material subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, has completed the acquisition of an 11.2% stake in Keimed Private Limited (Keimed). The transaction, executed in two tranches, was finalized on March 20, 2025, in accordance with the framework agreement signed between AHL, Keimed, and its shareholders.

This acquisition, first announced on April 26, 2024, involved:

• Purchase of shares from Ms. Shobana Kamineni, a promoter of Apollo Hospitals and a related party of AHL, for ₹625.43 crore.
• Primary investment by AHL into Keimed, amounting to ₹99.99 crore.

The transaction was structured as per the terms outlined in the Keimed Framework Agreement (KFA).

With this acquisition, Apollo Healthco strengthens its presence in the healthcare distribution sector, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its footprint in the pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chain domain.
