Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, one of India’s largest and most trusted electronics manufacturing companies, has announced a significant strategic expansion into B2B manufacturing segments covering Set-Top Boxes (STBs), Networking Products, and Tablets for multiple leading global and domestic brands. This development reflects the company’s growing leadership as a preferred EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partner for tech giants, driven by its robust infrastructure, quality-first approach, and consistent execution capabilities.

As part of this business update, Dixon has secured multiple long-term manufacturing contracts, which will drive a substantial increase in volumes across key product categories. The company will manufacture various tablet models for a top global tech brand, with expected volumes exceeding 1 million units annually once production stabilizes. This further cements Dixon’s capabilities in IT hardware manufacturing, especially post the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for IT hardware.

In the Set-Top Box segment, Dixon has onboarded multiple prominent telecom and DTH players. The company is expected to ramp up STB volumes significantly over the next two quarters, aided by growing demand for hybrid and Android-enabled boxes. Dixon is already among the few players in India with full-stack STB manufacturing and R&D integration.

In addition to this, Dixon has expanded into the Networking Product space, with fresh B2B orders for manufacturing routers, modems, and mesh networking devices. The company is leveraging its Greater Noida and South India facilities to cater to both domestic and export demand, reinforcing India’s ambitions as a global electronics hub.

Commenting on this expansion, the management highlighted that these contracts are a testament to the trust Dixon enjoys among global customers. With rising localization goals, PLI-driven competitiveness, and increasing reliance on Indian EMS partners, Dixon stands to benefit from the broad industry shift toward de-risking supply chains.

This update follows a series of strategic wins for Dixon in the past year across mobile phones, wearables, lighting, and consumer electronics. With continued investments in automation, backward integration, and design capabilities, the company is now diversifying more aggressively into enterprise-grade and B2B segments, targeting higher-margin and recurring contracts.

As India accelerates its push toward electronics manufacturing under “Make in India,” Dixon Technologies is set to play a crucial role in driving both domestic value addition and global exports from India.
