E2E Networks Q2 FY27 Results: Revenue Jumps 411%, PAT Hits ₹72.7 Crore as AI GPU Demand Accelerates
E2E Networks has reported an extraordinary second quarter of FY27, with revenue growing more than fivefold year-on-year as India’s demand for artificial intelligence computing infrastructure continues to expand.
The company’s quarterly revenue reached ₹223.8 crore, representing 410.8% year-on-year growth and a 42.7% increase over the preceding quarter.
The scale of this expansion is particularly noteworthy because E2E Networks operates in a capital-intensive segment where access to advanced graphics processing units, or GPUs, is essential for delivering AI computing services.
Management attributed the revenue acceleration to contributions from NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, improved utilisation of its computing infrastructure and higher average realisations across its GPU fleet.
The most striking aspect of the results, however, is the company’s operating profitability. EBITDA reached ₹171.5 crore, increasing 45.4% sequentially.
The EBITDA margin expanded to 76.6%, an improvement of 141 basis points over the previous quarter and 3,553 basis points compared with the corresponding period last year.
Such a sharp margin expansion highlights the operating leverage available in cloud infrastructure businesses when installed computing capacity achieves stronger utilisation.
Once infrastructure is deployed, additional customer workloads can contribute meaningfully to operating earnings, although electricity, networking, maintenance and other operating expenses remain important.
Profit before tax increased to ₹97.1 crore from ₹58.6 crore in the first quarter, representing sequential growth of approximately 66%.
Profit after tax reached ₹72.7 crore, while the PAT margin improved to 32.5% from 28% in the preceding quarter.
Diluted earnings per share increased from ₹2.10 in Q1 FY27 to ₹3.48 in Q2 FY27, reflecting stronger quarterly profitability.
One of the most important developments is the company’s approximately ₹1,000 crore multi-year cloud GPU arrangement with an Indian sovereign AI company.
E2E Networks disclosed that it had signed a binding term sheet covering NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services, with the proposed arrangement extending through June 2029.
The distinction between a binding term sheet and a fully executed commercial contract deserves attention. Investors should monitor subsequent disclosures concerning definitive agreements, deployment schedules and revenue recognition.
Nevertheless, the proposed arrangement is significant relative to the company’s current revenue base and could provide substantial visibility into future infrastructure demand.
The agreement also reflects a broader shift in India’s technology ecosystem, where domestic AI developers increasingly require access to high-performance computing infrastructure.
Training advanced AI models and running large-scale inference workloads demand substantial GPU capacity, specialised networking and reliable data-centre operations.
E2E Networks is positioning itself as an India-hosted alternative for businesses seeking AI computing resources without building and maintaining expensive infrastructure themselves.
This positioning could become particularly relevant for customers concerned about data residency, operational control and the location of sensitive workloads.
The company’s TIR AI/ML platform has introduced VPC Connect, allowing customers to establish secure private networking across GPU instances, training clusters and inference endpoints.
These capabilities are relevant to enterprises that require stronger network isolation and greater control over their AI infrastructure.
Financial institutions, insurers and regulated businesses may find such features useful when evaluating cloud platforms for sensitive computing workloads.
E2E Networks is also expanding Jarvislabs.ai, its AI cloud offering, through managed endpoints and model APIs supporting open-weight AI models.
The platform includes pay-per-token access, enabling developers to consume model services without necessarily managing the underlying GPU infrastructure.
Additional upgrades include InfiniBand H200 clusters, serverless inference, private networking, object storage and shared file systems.
These developments suggest that E2E Networks is attempting to move beyond basic GPU rental towards a broader AI infrastructure and software-services ecosystem.
That transition matters because enterprise customers often value networking, deployment tools, security and operational simplicity alongside raw computing performance.
The company’s first-half financial performance provides further evidence of the scale of its expansion. Revenue for H1 FY27 reached ₹380.5 crore, increasing 376% from ₹79.9 crore a year earlier.
First-half EBITDA stood at ₹289.4 crore, with a margin of approximately 76%, compared with a substantially lower margin in the corresponding previous period.
Management highlighted that EBITDA generated in the first six months of FY27 was approximately 2.3 times the EBITDA reported for the entire FY26 financial year.
The company also moved from a first-half pre-tax loss of ₹22.2 crore in FY26 to a pre-tax profit of ₹155.8 crore in FY27.
First-half profit after tax reached ₹116.6 crore, compared with a loss of ₹16.3 crore in the corresponding period last year.
However, depreciation deserves close attention. The company reported quarterly depreciation of ₹74 crore, reflecting the growing scale of its GPU infrastructure.
For the first half, depreciation reached ₹134.6 crore, an increase of 92% year-on-year.
This illustrates an important distinction between EBITDA and final profitability. Although GPU infrastructure can generate strong operating margins, the equipment requires substantial investment and incurs depreciation over its useful life.
Investors should also consider technological obsolescence. New generations of AI processors can improve computing performance and energy efficiency, potentially affecting the commercial competitiveness of older hardware.
Competition is another consideration. E2E Networks operates in a market that includes global cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, alongside Indian data-centre and cloud infrastructure businesses.
Listed Indian companies such as Netweb Technologies, Anant Raj and Tata Communications provide exposure to related AI infrastructure themes, although their business models differ from E2E Networks’ GPU cloud platform.
E2E Networks has strengthened its leadership team with experienced executives across enterprise sales, technology and strategic advisory functions, supporting its efforts to secure larger corporate customers.
The company has also indicated that shareholder approval for growth capital is in place, suggesting that further capacity expansion remains an important management priority.
The critical question is whether E2E Networks can sustain high GPU utilisation and attractive realisations while funding expansion, managing financing costs and adapting to rapidly evolving hardware technology.
For investors, Q2 FY27 demonstrates exceptional revenue growth and operating momentum. The next developments to monitor are the conversion of the ₹1,000 crore term sheet into executable business, cash-flow generation, capital expenditure requirements and the sustainability of margins as India’s AI computing market becomes increasingly competitive.
