Padget Electronics Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, has entered into a Contract Manufacturing Agreement with NxtCell India Private Limited to manufacture smartphones for the iconic French tech brand Alcatel in the Indian market.

This collaboration marks a significant step in strengthening Alcatel’s ‘Make in India’ manufacturing ecosystem. The smartphones will be produced locally, reinforcing India’s position as a global manufacturing hub and supporting government-led initiatives to boost domestic electronics production.

Mr. Atul B. Lall, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Dixon Technologies, said, “We are delighted to announce that Padget Electronics has partnered with NxtCell India to manufacture smartphones for Alcatel.
